As a new company, Devour needed a content-rich, informational website to drive traffic and customers to a new Italian restaurant. Offline branding had to be aligned online and customers needed the functionality to reserve tables. In addition to reservations, the restaurant offers events for customers which needed to be purchasable online.
Led by strong branding guidelines, the website needed to integrate with existing marketing material and reflect the strong ethos of the business. Imagery and social media play a key role for Devour and are prominent across the website. The brand elements including fonts, colours, icons & patterns are used to clearly display and enhance content online.
Utilising a Shopify app and customisation to align with Devour's branding, the events pages allow the team at Devour to manage upcoming events including the content, dates, availability and cost for these. Events can be purchased online using Shopify Payments which the team can then access to create and centrally manage attendee lists. This streamlined process is not just easy for customers but provides a single system for Devour to manage all events.
At the heart of Devour is their fresh, authentic, Italian food. It was imperative to allow customers to reserve tables in advance and alongside any bookings taken offline. Through integrating with Resdiary this allows a central management of all reservations, while providing customers with a real time view of availability and the ability to reserve a table online.
