Redesign and implementation of a new template and additional on-site functionality for a brand with an existing Shopify website.
With recent brand updates, the website needed to reflect these changes more effectively through new imagery, content & video. It was also imperative that the ISUN team had full management of the website content and layout going forward.
Homepage Design & Usability
To showcase the strong brand assets the homepage was designed with plenty of space and large content areas to reflect the clean, natural ethos behind the brand. Video content was utilised to bring the brand to life and provide interest points to customers throughout the homepage.
A mega menu was introduced to promote the whole product range, while also allowing additional areas for ISUN to promote activity e.g. seasonal or ranges.
All elements were created with complete flexibility to allow the in house team complete management of the homepage design and layout moving forward.
As part of the re-templating the onsite technical SEO best practice was also completed across the website. This included a full audit of the current SEO set up and optimisation across products, categories & imagery.
With ISUN distributing across Europe the team wanted to be able to offer multi-currency functionality. This was built as part of the re-templating ready for the team to put introduce in the coming months.
With the growth in payment options, ISUN wanted to be able to offer Klarna as a payment option to their customers. Klarna was introduced inline with the re-template going live.
