The Style Attic
To help an offline, bricks and mortar fast fashion business to expand and build an online presence in a competitive market. The Style Attic already had a highly engaged social media following with a strong reliance on Facebook Messenger to drive postal sales.
The website needed to be easy to manage with weekly product drops. Social and loyalty were key to The Style Attic so integrations with both were imperative.
Design & Usability
With a well established offline brand, the new Shopify website needed to reflect The Style Attic's modern and clean branding, allowing for instant recognition. With mobile traffic being highly important for The Style Attic, a key aspect in this Shopify website build was making sure the experience for mobile visitors was simple and easy, without compromising the look, feel and functionality of the website.
Due to the fast nature of the business, the management of the products and orders needed to be straight forward and simple for the business from launch. We worked with The Style Attic to create a product set up which showcased the product information and colour variants.
Due to the immediate success from website launch, we remotely helped the team to understand the Shopify system including product creation and order management.
While The Style Attic already had a strong social media presence it was important for us to support growth across other marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing. The website was built with best practice SEO at the forefront allowing for the website to see instant growth from this traffic channel with SEO already accounting for 32% of overall sales within the first month.
Working with Mailchimp, we launched a welcome program alongside a weekly email content and marketing plan to promote new products and ranges to a growing database. Our CRM campaigns are focussed on customer lifecycles and acquisition and retention. This has resulted in email marketing being the strongest converting channel at over double the websites average.
We launched a PPC Google Shopping campaign which has allowed The Style Attic to compete within a highly competitive PPC market and drive a high proportion of new traffic and sales, while maintaining and driving a strong return on investment (ROI).
The Style Attic already had a loyal and highly engaged social following and it was imperative for the team to be able to reward customer's loyalty through an automated loyalty scheme. Integrating with Smile has allowed the team to drive their acquisition and retention programs. Even at such an early stage the refer a friend scheme has shown extremely strong sales, acquisition numbers and conversions.
